You must taste
In the mountainous parts of Messinia, chevon soup, dry salt meat, “synglino” (sausage). Fried cod with garlic sauce, bread rusks (to which you may add olive oil and tomato). Roasted pork in Kalamata and elsewhere. Fresh fish and seafood in Pylos, Methoni and Koroni.
