In the mountainous parts of Ileia, dry salt pork (tsigarida). Cock with pasta or chylopites, beefy tongue and striped venus fruit with yoghurt, in Central Ileia. In Myrtia, hare or wild rabbit with onion-tomato sauce (stifado) or stuffed in the oven, stuffed pork-roll.
